Dean & Tasheika Heath
Co-Pastor Dean Heath
Dean Heath is a Minneapolis native and Co-Founder and Co-Pastor of Summit Life Church, a Christ-centered worship and discipleship movement. A graduate of Oral Roberts University with a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry, he has a lifelong passion for worship and has served as a musician, worship leader, and mentor to at-risk youth.
Bi-vocational in ministry, Dean has worked in healthcare leadership and founded Heal Resource Group, LLC in 2024. He recently completed a 10-year assignment as Worship and Youth Pastor at Going Hard for Christ Church in Tulsa, OK. Dean is married to Tasheika Heath, a ministry leader, Air Force veteran, and executive director of Brook House Living, and together they are parents of eight children and grandparents of four.

Marc & Christine Jefferson
Co-Pastor Marc Jefferson
Marc Jefferson is the Co-Founder and Co-Pastor of Summit Life Church, a Christ-centered Worship and Discipleship movement based in Minneapolis, MN. He is a graduate of North Central Bible College with additional pastoral training from The King’s College and Seminary, and brings over 30 years of ministry experience as a pastor, church planter, mentor, and worship leader. He has helped plant more than 100 churches, trained numerous leaders, and most recently served as Care and Worship Pastor at Cornerstone Churches in Easton, PA, overseeing three campuses.
Pastor Marc and his wife Christine serve together in ministry and hospitality. They are the parents of five children and grandparents to two.
